Application stuck on “A link was sent to your e-mail to verify your e-mail.” page

Issue

During the registration process, you are unable to register due to the message that pops up (screenshot below).

This case is different than the case if you started the registration process. If this is the case we suggest that you check the SPAM//Junk folder for the registration email to validate your account.

Solution
I want you to follow the below steps to clear your application storage on your mobile phone

Andriod
1. Find the Application Settings
2. Find Big Talk Application
3. From Storage, select to clear application data

Simply, remove the app and install it again
